Waypoint Tactical is a limited liability company. By signing up, agreeing to the terms of training, and attending a course, you are agreeing to not hold Waypoint Tactical, LLC, or any of their instructors liable for any injuries or death that could occur if safety rules are not followed while training. Waypoint Tactical is not liable for any unlawful actions that a student may take after attending a course. Student's that attend any course with Waypoint Tactical are certifying that they are not prohibited persons from owning, possessing, or carrying firearms as defined by MN Statute 627.713.
ALL STUDENTS ATTENDING A CARRY COURSE WITH THE GOAL OF RECEIVING A CERTIFICATE TO APPLY FOR THEIR PERMIT TO CARRY, MUST UNDERSTAND THE RANGE PORTION IS A TEST. THIS SHOULD NOT BE THE FIRST TIME HANDLING A PISTOL. IF A STUDENT DOES NOT MEET THE REQUIREMENTS, NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED. STUDENTS CAN EITHER GET MORE TRAINING WITH WAYPOINT TACTICAL OR ON THEIR OWN AND RETEST AT A LATER DATE AT NO ADDITIONAL COST (OTHER THAN RANGE FEES). IT IS UP TO THE STUDENT IF THEY WISH TO STAY FOR THE CLASSROOM PORTION THAT DAY OR ATTEND EVERYTHING AGAIN AT A LATER TIME.
